Standard Telecaster #2

This guitar was made to create a more classic look to a Telecaster of good quality and and to incorporate a bit of a vintage style look. This will be shortly up for sale when neck set up is finished.

This is a new T type made from 2 pieces of American ash with a curly flamed maple top. The body has double cream bindings. The hardware is in chrome with  a chrome pick mount for the neck pickup.   The bridge plate is in chrome with black saddles. The neck is  maple 7.5″ radius with locking tuners and black dot inlays and finished in a vintage tinge. The pickups are  hand wound Seymour Duncan STL52-1 Nashville Studio

It has Schaller strap locks in black nickle. The control has a CTS tone pot with 0.047μF cap and a Alpha push/pull volume pot for the “bright tone” which bypasses the tone pot cap and puts the signal through a 0.001 μF cap giving a much brighter tone and volume directly. The pickup switch is 4 ways giving neck, neck and bridge in series, neck and bridge in parallel and bridge alone. This guitar is more for trad blues-country music with a  real Tele twang when the bright tone is engaged !!
