Hi to all
Just a wee bit of info that in the new year the first video will be a review of the amplifier I use in the studio and at gigs. I have used many different tube amplifiers over the years i.e. various Fenders such as tweed , Princeton, deluxe reverb, VOX AC30 1965 which I still have, Orange and Marshall’s. But last year after testing many here at stores in Scotland and Uppsala Sweden. I actually bought an amp I did not test at all. Of course if honest, that is always a bit of a chance but if you can return it, it is not a problem. So I took the plunge and had one custom made for me from Beteramp in Spain the ‘Sweet Blackberry’ amp. If you like clean sweet tone, this is a must and more Americana than any Fender.
These amps are hand-built by Paco Pascual, himself a great guitarist, check him out on you tube, and a student of Vintage Electronics and Communications from the London Electronics College
The amp is brilliant and I am still discovering tones and tricks with it. The craftmanship is outstanding and with tube reverb and tremolo that is out of this world belive me and attenuated power 5W to 30W or more if you wish:-). Check them out at:

I will post the video demo soon. I promise you will be impressed if you are a connoisseur of tone 🙂
