Well it has been some time since I worked on this guitar so thought an update necessary. Have finished the fretboard which is sanded to a 12” radius and medium jumbo frets in nickel are now fitted. Studio News and other things
So things have been happening in the studio: just upgraded to Ableton 11 live and this upgrade has some great new feature like adding ‘Take lanes’ on each stems to do multiple layered recording, then you can choose the best one.

Progress on new guitars for 2021
New guitar build for 2021. This build is based on Gibson Les Paul/Fender telecaster guitar forms and embellished with Gretsch style hardware. I have tried to blend the styles a bit.

As its too cold to work on the guitars in the workshop and I am waiting for paint, which is taking ages due to the weather. I have spent a few days working with new video software (Filmora X) and a song I wrote awhile back which is a slow blues.
