Progress on new guitars for 2021
New guitar build for 2021. This build is based on Gibson Les Paul/Fender telecaster guitar forms and embellished with Gretsch style hardware. I have tried to blend the styles a bit.
Checking pickups and capacitors
This is just a quick and simple post about measuring the K value of pickups and capacitance (uF) of capacitors in guitar circuits.
Cocobolo or Rosewood
Hi all and I hope all is well. In Scotland its raining and freezing so was not out in the work shed for long before coffee called and a general whole body defrosting was needed. The body of the second model for 2021 is getting close to being finished so time to think about the neck and more immediately the fretboard.
